La Loma Village is non-profit, community owned and directed by a volunteer board of directors. It is located in beautiful Litchfield Park, a suburb of Phoenix. Litchfield Park has a neighborly spirit and vibrant charm and is surrounded by some of the region's most breathtaking scenery.
*Please note the Life-Care Contract allows for a capped annual increase that is associated with the Western Region Consumer Price Index plus 2 percent; however, in the event a resident's income cannot keep up with those increases, he/she will retain his/her home and lifestyle to the end of his/her life provided the resident has not willfully dissipated assets.
