*Dining programs and housekeeping services are flexible, meaning they can be changed from one month to the next, based on your choice as to how much, or how little you want. The monthly service fee is adjusted accordingly, allowing you to plan these services around your lifestyle.
**Pets are to be limited to two (2) per unit and weight no more than 25 pounds each. Should the loss of a pet occur, the resident may replace the pet in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Birds, cats, and fish may be maintained or kept in the residential units, provided the pet and its care are in accordance with rules and regulations defined for Grandview Terrace. Dogs may only be kept in the first floor units of the building.
