The first and only community of its kind in Sun City West, Grandview Terrace opened its doors on June 2nd 1997. Grandview Terrace is a 288 condominium life-care community resting on 17 acres of the Sun Health Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital campus. This is a buy-in community that, in addition to independent living, also provides a unique healthcare package, offering several levels of care and unparalleled financial security. Managed by Roskamp Arizona Management & Development, Grandview Terrace sold out in 1999.
