Colonnade Purchase Plans
The Colonnade offers two Life Care Plans:The Capital Protection Plan is designed for those who wish to receive a future refund equal to 100% of the base entrance fee. This 100% refund plan is designed for residents who have Long Term Care Insurance coverage or wish to leave an estate. The choice for this plan is also made by those who wish to take advantage of The Colonnade Lifestyle offered in this state-of-the-art community.
The Health Care Assurance Plan is designed for the future resident who is willing to forgive a fixed amount of their future refund as a "premium" for the assurance of life time discounted coverage for future care.
Both plans include the benefit of priority access to the appropriate level of care when needed.
Lifetime Guarantee
No matter which Life Care plan you choose, you can never outlive your assets. We promise you as part of the contract between us that, "Owner will not terminate this agreement if the resident is unable to pay the full monthly service fee as a result of financial reverses provided such reverses are not the result of willful or unreasonable dissipation of the resident's assets...."
This statement is extremely important to your decision making as it is a life time guarantee that you will always have a home and will always be taken care of under the terms of your Life Care Agreement.
