Set in motion by the 1991 purchase of 40 acres in Sun City Grand, plans to create The Colonnade began unfolding through the strong and capable leadership of the Roskamp Management/Sun Health partnership. Together they have built Grandview Terrace Life Care Community in Sun City West and La Loma Village Life Care Community in Litchfield Park.This independent gated community offers you an atmosphere of vitality in an open neighborhood setting while still providing the underlying support and security you need during the retirement phase of your life.
Under our Life-Care Contract, you are ensured of a lifetime of care - regardless of changing health or finances. If your medical condition ever necessitates assisted or skilled nursing care, this contract includes priority access and discounted rates at our care center.
